When is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 3 PM for our rooms and 5 PM for our apartments. Because we do not have a full-time front desk, we utilize a Self Check-in system where we leave the key in a key drop location and you can let yourself in. This system allows for flexibility for the guest's arrival!
Do you have parking?
There is free street parking in the neighborhood, no permits required. Just pay attention to the street signs and be sure to avoid fire hydrants, bus lanes, and driveways!
Do you allow children?
Unfortunately due to the antique nature of our home and some of the safety issues therein, we only allow children age 10 and older.
What's your cancellation policy?
We charge a non-refundable cancellation fee of 3% of the reservation total, not including taxes, with a minimum fee of $30 to cover administrative costs. Outside this fee, we can offer a 100% refund with 30 days notice, and a 50% refund with 14 days notice. If we can rebook the dates, we always do our best to give you a refund.
Are you pet-friendly?
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
How do we get to you from the airport?
From major airports, we recommend taking a car service.
Do you accept one-night stays?
Depending on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate one-night stays. We do, however, charge a $30 one-night stay fee to help compensate for additional housekeeping costs on our end.
